The Center for Functional Genomics is located at the intersection of Coumbia Turnpike (Routes 9 & 20) and Discovery Drive on the University's East Campus in Rensselaer County, New York.
It occupies the third floor of the Cancer Research Center building at 1 Discovery Drive.
