Flow Cytometry/Cell Sorting

The CFG Flow Cytometry Facility is outfitted with an Epics ALTRA flow cytometer. The ALTRA's dual lasers allow for up to 4-color analysis of cells. Additionally, the ALTRA's cell sorting capabilities allow the isolation and recovery of cell populations for further study.

The Flow Cytometry facility is staffed by a trained operator who performs all analyses.
